This privacy policy explains how Totally London Online ("we", "us", "the site") collects, uses and protects information when you visit totallylondononline.com.
Who We Are
Totally London Online is an independent travel guide publishing free content about London for visitors and residents. We are not affiliated with Transport for London, the Mayor of London, VisitBritain, or any of the attractions, restaurants or venues we write about, unless explicitly stated.

We use Google Analytics (Google tag / gtag.js) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, time on site, general location (country/city level, derived from IP address), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site (e.g. search engine, direct link). Contact form. If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you provide, solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list without your separate, explicit consent.
Search. Our on-site search runs entirely in your browser against a local index of our own pages — search terms you enter are not sent to us or to any third party.
Cookies
The site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to distinguish visitors and sessions.
